Perimetry Machine

A perimetry machine (visual field analyser) maps the full extent of a patient's visual field to detect and monitor conditions affecting peripheral vision — primarily glaucoma, optic nerve damage, neurological disorders and retinal disease. Automated perimeters present stimuli at defined locations and record the patient's responses to create a detailed visual field map used in diagnosis and treatment decisions.
